The Economy Bread Board with Spikes is a very durable moulded plastic bread board that has a raised L-shaped lip in one corner, that allows the bread board to be used easily using only one hand. The Economy Bread Board is also supplied with a set of six stainless steel spikes that can be inserted into the board when required. The spikes can be used to hold objects such as bread or vegetables firmly in place whilst they are being sliced or chopped. These simple little features make this board an excellent and inexpensive kitchen aid, ideal for use by those with a weak or painful grip or sufferers of arthritic conditions.
